I took my notary class thru these people (hadn't heard of NotRot). However, I accidently ordered 2 of the same class (their website order desk was confusing). I immediately contacted them to advise them of my error and was told they would get me a refund. They debited my account the same nite but told me it would take 10 days to get a refund. This was Oct 9. So far all I have received has been promises. I have called (talked to April twice) and emailed them. I am now going to contact the SOS as they have to be licensed by them to provide training.
If you are going to be trained, find another company.
