Central Florida Closing

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the non payment by this company since new owners bought it. Prior to that, I received my payments in a timely manner. The new owners sent an e mail to a number of notaries awaiting payment explaining that they bought the company from a friend and did not check out the financial status and found that there was a lack of funds and NSF checks, etc. They told us they planned on paying us within the next 30 days if all went as planned. That was in early Sept. The signing I am waiting for payment for was in July. I have emailed and faxed them repeatedly without any response now. How frustrating.

I did one for them the end of August & was paid just over 30 days. When did it change owners?? I am extra careful with anything coming our of FL these days--they are hard hit down there.

I know my response is a little late but I am one of those notaries that the email was sent out to and still have not been paid...I almost forgot about it after a year of waiting but with gas prices at $5 a gallon here in Los Angeles I decided to send them a strongly worded email the other day...I should just give up, but I still have hope.
