Closing Quest are dogs
I did a signing for them. I told my self I would never do it. They called I guess I forgot was a bad abad company they are to work for. They are 96 days out and I called today and talked to Ricky and she said that they are not paying September until November 15th. that will make them 101 days late.

I am in the same boat with 11th Hour. They are having all kinds of financial problems and aren't paying until the end of the first quarter.

Not paying till April?
I'm not sure that I would not pester them to death till they paid. April is a bit far out for me.

Re: April seems like an eternity from now
Don't work for closing quest. They haven't paid me since Oct. I keep sending emails, calling Ricky....of course no response. MAKE SURE EVERYONE PUTS THEM ON THEIR "BAD LISTING". I MUST HAVE CALLED THEM 20 TIMES ALREADY AND NO RESPONSE. DOES ANYONE HAVE A DIRECT LINE TO RICKY? I HAVE A NUMBER BUT UNSURE IF IT IS THE CORRECT ONE. THANK YOU.

It never ceases to amaze me how notaries are so quick to point out any failure or problem, but fail to mention the positives.
We apologize for the delays some have experienced in receiving payments, but we always pay!!
We typically provide more notary work than any other company and in 5 years of business, we have always paid a notary who properly performed their closing.
In the future, I would appreciate the failure of other companies not paying notaries not be the reason Closing Quest is attacked or stereo-typed.
I also want to largely thank every notary who has worked for and continues to perform professionally. It is because of these individuals that notaries have a future in closing loans and lawyers aren't able to take over as they have in seven states.
