Closing agency directory
HI....I was asked to do a loan signing by closing agency directory. I said yes before looking the company up. I went on this site and read some negative comments regarding payment. I emailed the company back and declined the job due to that information. Now, I am going back on this site to look for the same info again, so that I can send it to the owners, and it is gone. I know the owner got upset and put a rebuttal, but I can't seem to find it on here either. What is going on? Anyone have info on this company? Thanks

never mind. It is closing agent directory not closing agency directory. NOTARIES SHOULD READ THE MESSAGE FROM DIANE AND BRIAN WHO OWN CLOSING AGENT DIRECTORY. THEY HAVE BEEN WRONGLY ACCUSED OF NOT PAYING. PLEASE READ THE MESSAGE BOARD. IT WAS POSTED TONIGHT. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DIDN'T GET PAID, YOU NEED TO CONTACT CARDINAL TITLE (THEY ARE THE ONES THAT NEED TO BE PLACED ON THE NOTARY BEWARE LIST); NOT THIS COMPANY.....
THANKS

Better check your information
I beleive Brad Hynde did the recruiting for this company and his email ends in [e-mail address] = Cardinal Title. I believe this SS is a subsidiary of Cardinal title. Diane has the same last name. It would seem Cardinal and Closing Agent Directory are one and the same.

Public Apology
Did not realize the SS split off from the Title company in Feb 2007 until I read Brad's post. What mess for them!

Re: Better check your information
Joan:
Hi, the two companies are not the same. Brad Hyne broke off from Cardinal Title in Jan of 2007. Closing agent directory is separate, and they do pay on time. It is cardinal title that has been a bad pay! Hopefully, everyone will read this and understand what transpired. There is a rebuttal on this site about it too.
