Cut fee to stay in practice
I went 3 weeks before accepting a closing. I allowed myself to take a cut of $25. I get so angry when I here that some are using their job's printing and faxing machine to do closing. This makes them able to work for less. I would never do that to any company. What about our integrity as a notary?
