David spear of Richmond closing

David owes me $150 from July closing. I emailed the Va. SOS telling them that he has stiffed me and other notaries around the country. His profile on Notrot has been updated as late as Oct. 2007 with a new phone number that I did't know. It means he is still in business maybe not as SS. I'll keep you posted.

This guy needs to be stopped. Thankfully I had seen all the warnings on NotRot when his mom, Debbie Proctor, called me for a signing and I declined based on their rep. She didn't mention the name of the company - I had to ask.

Notaries that live in Virginia should take him to small claims court and go after his assets. IMHO.
