I did a search on EFS in this forum and has anyone had any luck in collecting payments due to them. I too, am one who they owe money. I cannot reach anyone by phone. Any attempt at contacting the Better Business Bureau or Attorney General for Pennsylvania?

My one file was set to fund the day EFS closed. The deal was taken over the next week by LFC. I had to go back out and get DOT resigned. My understanding was that I was to be paid by LFC for the EFS deal and also for the DOT re-sign - no payment yet!

Thanks so much....I thought they are history. I called the Better Business Bureau. There is no legal action filed against them in the Attorney General's office. THey have an unsatisfactory rating through the BBB. Does anyone know if they were acquired by another company?

The loans I signed for them have been through Countrywide and I am going to pursue being paid directly from their organization. I'll let you all know if I'm successful so that you may want to pursue that option of being paid for your signings.

I also did closing for them 6 months ago and was told I would be paid at funding. I called everyday after funding and got no answer. I have continued to call and last week I was told that they had closed the doors. How do I get paid now.
