Express Notary Service
I received a call from them for a 1 st & 2nd with edocs $125.00, I think not. I see by the comments here that they do pay promptly BUT are you really taking these fees???? I just know he will get my fee approved and call back don't you, not. Please don't accept these low fees your time and work is worth more.

He doesn't need to get anything approved, he owns the company. Great to work for and reasonable to deal with.

Yeah, it's strange. They've been doing that for awhile, but until recently had no problem paying $100 for a single loan with edocs. I never could understand how they thought a second loan and second set of edocs was only worth an additional $25. Now they don't want to go above $90 for a single loan, even though they charge the TC $200. I'm sorry, but not even being willing to pay the notary half of what they're getting is just a pure insult.
Having said that, they do pay like clockwork and the few times I've had a problem with them missing a payment, they've gotten a check in the mail the next day. They'd be great to work for if they'd just get their fees back up to reasonable levels again.

I have noticed in the last few months my clients, (brokers and title) are all lowering there fees to signing agents. First American (one location) wants to pay signing services $150.00 for a 1st and 1st and 2nd $200.00.. and they want the SS to pay for return shipping as well. dont price your self out of a job, this is very likely going to be the trend and if your not willing to make adjustments WHERE NEEDED. You might not be called. I say where needed, the reduction is not across the board at this time yet..... but keep watching
