FASS needs a reverse mort signer

FASS calling around looking for someone to do a reverse mortgage signing on Monday in PG County. Offering a whopping $50. Told her she would never get a TPL closer for that price. Oh, we can pay TPL's $75. Wow.

50 bucks for 3-4 hours of your time.. hmmmmm ok..lol

1/2 hour travel
1/2 hour print
2 hours or more the signing
1 hour (just in case time)

subtract taxes and you make 9 bucks an hour.. wooo hooo

this company is obscene! They will farm it out to a signing service and pay their fee but won't pay a decent direct fee
