For PA notaries

I tried a search but couldn't find what I was looking for. I seem to remember reading that there is some sort of entity in PA that you can file a complaint with when a PA company fails to pay you.

I have a UPS chargeback invoice from a TC in PA. The loan went through, they charged $60 on the HUD for shipping fees, but they claim they changed to DHL on August 1st. Well, my job on Aug 10th had instructions from both TC and SS to use the UPS acct number. When I contacted the TC about it, sent them a copy of the UPS bill, they said they would reimburse me. Since I have not received anything and they do not respond to my contact attempts, I am going to have to take it to the next step.

I could swear I've read about a particular PA entity that I can file a complaint with (it wasn't the SOS). Thanks on advance.

I think I answered my own question

Turns out I saved a post onto a pdf and filed it under my collections folder:

PA Dept. of State, Bureau of Enforcement and Investigation, Professional Compliance Office. Telephone number is (717) 783-4854
