First I woke up...which started the day off on the right note. LOL Closings are still slow here. In fact, the one I had scheduled this afternoon cancelled yesterday afternoon. Darn. But I'm still upbeat that this month will be better than last, and next month will be better than this month...and the beat goes on. Hey, remember that old Sonny and Cher song? It was one of my favorites.
