Happy Thanksgiving to all. Hope everyone has a wonderful day off. Just took a break from peeling 25 lbs of potatoes for mashed taters for 42 people. Made my pies and a cheesecake yesterday. Starting my new diet on Friday - no I think I'll wait till Monday. Just love the leftovers. lol
