No one wants to pay for the time we spend waiting for edocs. Yet, they place all these consequences on us when we are not meeting their standards and rules They state that our fee will be cut if we don't meet their requirements. Yet, if they don't get docs to us in a reasonable time their is no loss to them. WE can't accept another closing if docs are in question.

I'm learning just to be glad whenever they do FINALLY come!

I do mostly CW, and it seems more and more, the signings are getting cancelled at the last minute. My 2:00 was just cancelled (due to a zoning issue on the property, per the BO). It has been scheduled since LAST Thursday.

I've shredded more docs in the last two months than I did all of the year prior. :-(

And, yeah, I do get the print fees.

I am still waiting for docs for a 6:00pm, signing. It is now 6:30 and no docs..and its a 30 min. ride. Makes the bo upset with us!! Oh well, going to relax and wait..

I hate waiting for e-docs, too.

But, the alternative is worse.

No docs at all, "E" or otherwise.
