took me 2 1/2 months, 1 month of it was stress, but to chirssocal who posted about the check bouncing, not going there with that mind set, if Final Step is going to write bad checks they might as well close their doors, I do not think that Gary wants his business to fold, maybe he will turn it around, who knows it is not for me to say. He does need to pay his notaries in a timely manner, that is just good business sense. All I know is that he hired me for a job and like all of us we want our "paycheck" plan and simple. I am sure that in this time of transition within this industry, a alot of us have or will go on to other adventures, I plan on staying on course until I see signs of the final bust. My business has dropped over 1/2 off but still making it on what I am doing, I do alot of seaching and reading on the web and keeping my eyes on what "they are not saying" in the news. I received my payment and I am glad that I can file this invoice and get on with other things, I do not like having to go after companies, it is draining and I say things that are not nice. Honestly I am not that way but when I feel the match under my a** burning it brings out the B**ch in me. So with that said this chapter for me is closed. Thanks to all here who gave advice and information on helping me with this, much appreciated. This is a nice group of people who use this forum...THANKS!!!!

I did 4 closings for them 4 months ago and no payment. They dont even answer their phones anymore. I left a message, but no return calls. Companies like this give all Siging Companies a bad name. Im just angry at my self for allowing this company to con me into closing loans for them, then again They fooled The Lending Tree and ruined their reputation.
