I think they're great...

You have to bill them using only one invoice at the end of the month, but by the 15th of the following month, check in hand with no issues... I have never had a problem and I do many closings for them. Best of luck to you

I agree they are great. They are known for re-schedules though. Just go with the flow.

How does one account for the neg. reading in '06 for this Co.??
