Interstate Closing Services...has anyone

worked with them recently? Any issues? i.e pay. Past post from 5/07 really don't say much. Other posts are from 2005! thanks so much.

We did two in October for him and were paid in less than a month. Paid reasonable fees also. Seemed good all around
