Marketing for Reverse Mortgages
For those of you who are still interested in making your Loan Signing Business a success, I've just recevied an advance copy of "Marketing for Reverse Mortgage Notary Signing Agent Work" by Laura Vestanen. This is the best book she's written so far! What a wealth of knowledge. I just finished reading it for the first time and will now go back and re-read it with my highlighter and start my Reverse Mortgage marketing plan in detail.
This is the best text book I've seen so far on how to promote your business. This is not a get rich quick scheme and will entail a great deal of work and patience on your part. It is also not designed for the newbie. It is, however, an excellent investment for a dedicated, knowledgeable NSA. Reverse Mortgage signing is about the only portion of this business that is still increasing. This book teaches you how to take advantage of that segment of the market. Signing Reverse Mortgages is not for everyone because of the demographics you are working with. It is about the ONLY business I know of that it is a real advantage if you are also (or close to being) a senior citizen. I consider this book a "must have".

I don't know Brenda $79.00 for a book is a little spendy

Anything that helps to educate us in our field will no doubt be a valued addition to our "arsenal", but, I anxiously await Brenda's "sequel" to her already successful Reverse Mortgage handbook. I've talked with Brenda so often and I am always amazed at her wealth of knowledge in our field. I just know her new Reverse Mortgage Marketing book will be extremely informative.
