Mathematical Question - Socialized Loss

Ok, so help me out here. I am trying to visualize the math here. If, as reported earlier, that the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta has stealthy loaned 51 billion of our taxpayer dollars to CFC (Countrywide). Isn’t that the same as 51,000 piles of 1 million dollars each?

$51,000,000,000 divided by $1,000,000 = 51,000 piles

Yup, just think of that when you pay your taxes, and

think of how many of us taxpayers it takes to provide that bailout money.
