NNA has initiated a rating system

I'm posting this unsure if it will be deleted, I don't consider NNA a competitor to NR because it hasn't attempted to protect the closing agent. However NNA has recently initiated a rating system and has many more companies on the site. I think it would be to our benefit to go to the site and update the payment history for all the companies we deal with good and bad.

Re: NNA has initiated a rating system - Hard to believe

they might actually insinuate that business is not all good these days.

Hmmm, follow the money

Since nearly everything that xyz touches seems to revolve around their profit motive, I would hardly be surprised if their ratings system didn’t follow those of the major rating services (Moody’s, S&P, and Fitch) who rate all SIV’s including mortgage lenders. Simply put, it’s a payola system.

Do you really think you could trust xyz’s ratings?

Are the ratings available to the members? Are

the members able to rate all major companies in US that they do business with?

Based on the NNA's previous actions, I am suspicious of anything that they do ......
