NREIS

Anyone else had them call you for a job and then not send the docs. This just happened to me. They called for the closing at 5:30 for 7:30 and paid what I requested and the docs were not in my in box when I got home at 6:30 and no one would answer on any of the numbers that I called????This is a strange one. I also called and looked on on the online docs system and no docs there. Just curious is this has happened to any lately- been a long time for me. Thanks!

Was there a link in your confirmation e-mail for a remote site to pick up the docs? Like Swiftview or e-lynx of docmagic.??..Just a thought.

There was no links...but on page 2 of the confirmation it said that docs may come on dynamicdox- so I checked the site and there was nothing there for me( under my login) and I called the site to have them reference the borrowers name- and they could not find anything either. It has been sometime since this has happened- I, guess that it is a possiblity that they found someone cheaper- but they did send the confirmation- I think that someone left on being a friday and forgot to send them to me or something. I will call tomorrow to see if someone is in on Sat. Thanks!

I had that happen before. The thing is that they never put the borrowers contact information on the confirmation and saying that they would provide it later. After a couple of times with this happening I finally realized what they were doing. They found someone cheaper. Same thing with LIA back in the day. I stick to only title companies now and I am paid for what I am worth.

Maybe no B contact info is the clue that

they are still shopping. If they treat you like that, turnabout is fair play. If something else comes along--take it & give their 'maybe' back to them. I don't like doing that, but it is the flip side of what they are doing to you and seems fair.

When it's NREIS and DynamicDox then it's usually Countrywide or CW Full Spectrum. Probably what happened is the loan wasn't finalized or there was a problem with it somewhere. Check with NREIS on Monday.

I work for NREIS regularly and haven't run into that. Did you get a confirmation from them? If you did, they also would have sent you a cancellation if it wasn't a go. That is a strange one, and I would have hated to be left hanging like that, especially over a weekend.

They cancelled it....half was going on in another state and they cancelled it with another scheduler. Just one of those 2 part signings confusions!
