I got the same call! This is for two closings in Austin Kentucky. I am about 128 miles from that location one way. I told them I would do it, but my fee would be substantial. She said she would call back if needed, but I do not expect to hear back from them.

hmmm glad I didn't call her back. If it is a 128 mile for you Eric then it is 150 for me and I am sure my fee would have been higher. I have gone to Bowling Green for some of my title companies and always paid well. She might not have liked my fee either.
