Newly revised signing agent marketing book

I just finished reading the newly revised book:
How to Become a Wildly Successful Loan Signing Agent.

Wow! This is an excellent resource for novice notary signing agents.

The loan signing agent business is vastly different now than it was in years past. The revisions are relevant to this change.
*Methods for finding new clients.
*Fee negotiation strategies.
*The best demand letter to send to late paying companies I have ever read.
*Book recommendations to help you become a more knowledgeable signing agent. *Excellent information on Reverse Mortgages and how they work.
*New marketing tips.

They kept the best sections of the previous editions including:
*Sample loan documents with explanatory notes.
*Practice test - helpful because more companies are requiring new LSAs to take tests.
*The importance of writing a good profile for the notary directories.
*Solid marketing tools.

$90.00 for a book and what looks like

a chance to part with a bit more of your money with various other offers. (kinda xyz lite) Save your money and venture down to the library and get a good book on business practices if you feel you need one.

Oh no Phillip you don't know what you are missing here. I don't know how much they are asking for this book but it is one of the best for loan signings. I red it 2 years ago and it helped me a lot in my signing biz.

Re: $90.00 for a book and what looks like

I have the original, and heartily recommended at the time it came out. It was (and I am sure the newly revised one will be as well) one of the best signing agent guides out there.
It was especially beneficial to the California signing agent.

Re: $90.00 for a book and what looks like

I agree Phillip. Most of the new signing agents fell into this biz hook, line and sinker by xyz. In today's mortgage market--a market that can be described as shaky at best, anyone that would take the time to read the forums knows that companies that once paid good prices are either shutting their doors or dropping their prices so drastically, that before someone plunks down $90 for this or any othyer book relating to the loan signing business, they had better take a few steps back and think long and hard if the justification for the book and the cost of the book is really there -- because the market is not.
