Notary Exchange 562 area code
I got a call from the above company and did a search but only one item listed for this year. Anyone dealt with them recently?

Most recent was july of this year and then all were 2006. They are not listed in signing central either.

Watch out for this guy! He stalls and lies, takes forever to pay ( 90 days) He only pays after you threaten to sue him.Gee, otherwise, he's an upstanding individual.

Did one in October. Been asking for payment status, no response by email, fax, phone, cell phone, even asked TO to forward my invoice since their fax was not receiving. Someone said in a July '07 post "Mr. Invisible" when it comes time to pay.
I had done one for him at the end of '05 and he paid in about 45. I read the negative posts, but since he'd paid me (should have known better) I figured it be no problem. Now I'm wasting time chasing my pay.

Yeah, you definitely should have known better, especially since so much has changed in the industry for the worse over the past 2 years. Once again I'm amazed that people are willing to ignore the warnings they see on here just because it didn't happen to them, once, so it must be the rule instead of the exception to the rule that it obviously was.
But I'm curious, if you figured it would be no problem, why did you even bother too look up the posts in the first place? And once you saw them (I'm assuming there were several saying the same thing) how on earth were you able to completely disregard them and say "it'll be no problem for ME to get paid"? It really didn't give you any second thoughts?

Re: Notary Exchange 562 area code - Defined earlier Post
I was under the impression we were here simply to share thoughts on Notary Exchange (NE). Trying to be brief I didn’t get explicitly literal, technical, and chronological.
First, I checked Signing Central and another complaint board, and NE was not listed. A third website had bros and cons. I had one pro. That's when I thought it would not be a problem.
AFTER, I get no response from NE to payment inquiries, I click the orange Search button here - that's what I meant by "I should have known better." I got in a rush and didn't extend my search to this far.
On Wednesday, 11/28/07 I added Notary Exchange to another website’s complaint board. Thursday 11/29/07, I added NE to Notary Central. Got error message that company is already listed - although it did not show on the listing (or didn’t up to yesterday).
Hope that’s clear enough.
