OneCall Title and National Lending
For Notaries who aren't being paid by One Call Title and or National Lending, GOOD NEWS......they will pay. Call Mike Ludlow....Use the 866.625.7111 ex6003 and lv message. You can also invoice to Nikki Sclafani (cell #215.796.5063) who will get the info over to Mike. These guys obviously fell on bad times, partly due to mismanagement, poor accounting procedures, etc., but are working to make it right. My experience was: Waited 90 days, never got calls back. Then they called me to do a closing (Nikki did) and that was the conduit in. Not only did they make good on the old debt ($250) but paid me within 5 days (overnite mail!) for the closing I susequently accepted. They have a backlog of unpaid notaries, but told me they intend to make good on those invoices. Send 'em in, and follow up with Nikki if necessary. She is on the ball. P.S. Their old address is no good. A new one is 5020 Clark Rd., Sarasota, FL 34233, but have the same UPS acct. # as before.
