Prestige Signings out of CA - Do they pay?

I did a last minute late night closing for them last Friday and they met my fee only because it was late. I got the call at 8pm. The "Notary Fee Schedule" they sent me lists fees below my minimum so that is probably why I have never worked for them before. Does anyone know if they pay on a timely basis? I couldn't bring them up when I did a search.
