Professional Loan Signing Services

I called a Title co. about this company as I had sent the documents to the Title Co. I was told that they have gone out of business. Anyone else heard this and or left holding the bag? Their old phone number (817-492-7086) is answered by another company. I searched the orange button and Signing central and there was nothing posted on this company.

They got me for one also. Was yours for Ameritrust Mortgage in NC.? When I searched on this site there was nothing either. Web site is "not on line". Crooks! If yours is Ameritrust, they are now going to use NotaryPro for all their signings. Had long discussion with Gary about the pros & cons of using the ss's for their work. Don't know that it did much good but I tried. I will no longer work for ss's that I don't know or have not work with before. Just not worth it! Rather no jobs than give aways.

And since they are linking to NNA, I would complain to them as well that they are encourage, aiding and abetting conduct unbecoming to the profession by continuing to support companies that don't pay. My friend did this with SOX as NNA was listing them as great co. to work for, etc., and was instrumental in getting the NNA to look into their own policy and to stop promoting them.

Everyone should do this

I've tried since 5/07 to collect $150.00 from this company. My last contact was with Dennis 8/07. He made promises but no response. The Better Business Bureau sent three letters to them but have not received a response. Can anyone help?

I called the NNA last month and reported the web site link and told them they were not paying notaries and not responding to emails or phone calls. Get this, the NNA said they were not responsible for what affiliates did. I asked to speak to their risk management department to report the problem, I told them I was an NNA member and they should look into it to protect the notaries who have NNA memberships because essemntially they are endorsing a disreputable company. They did nothing and were absolutely useless as you can see. Basically, it did not concern them. I will not renew my NNA membership!

They owe me $100 from July. They do not return phone calls or emails and do not respond to collection notices. They used to be reputable, but apparently are OUT OF BUSINESS.

Thanks for all the great help. I also will call his cell and report the company to NNA. They are so busy "protecting the companies" they obviously do not have the time to protect their members. Again, a great big thanks to all who supplied info.
