Question about receipt of an email...

Has any one else received an email today from a company looking for "Qualified Closing Agents & Notaries"?

Just wondering what rock they crawled out from under....

I got that yesterday. I responded to them because they claimed that "other" vendors in my area quoted $xx for a signing. I I advised them that if they have found vendors for that amount that maybe they should go with them.
