REO Land Services Inc - Pitt PA

Hello:

I completed a closing for them August 31st and am having trouble collecting money from them. Anyone here has had any experience with them or have any tips in how to collect from them? Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you tried calling them? I just had my first signing with them a couple weeks ago and didn't see anything posted negative about them. I hope I won't have any problems.

It took me 4 months to collect from them but they finally paid. I called, emailed, did everything. They first kept saying "we'll send it this weekend, etc. Then they were virtually ignoring me. I had basically written it off as "bad debt" then about a month ago I decided to give them a call to see if they were still in business. I told the lady about my signing back in June and she said she would get payment out to me right away; mind you I had spoken to this lady before. I received the check 3 days later. Unbelievable.

The closing was 12/23/08 and I still haven't received my money... numerous phone calls, faxes to numerous phone numbers. This was a good hour drive for me right at Christmas after dark in an area I'm not at all familiar with either. Maybe some day I will get my money until then I'm not holding my breathe. I won't take another closing from REO Land Services again.

I have one outstanding from March 2007

All documents with this closing have recorded - I just can't get them to pay me no matter how far up the ladder I go.

Small claims is going out this week.

[e-mail address] Try emailing Stacy Pierce at Real Estate One. They are one of the same. I worked for them since they opened their doors, only once did I get paid on a timely basis. I gave up, tired of getting paid 3-4 months later.
