Stacy R. Gordon is the registered owner of www.signaturesplus.com. His address is PO Box 3895 Laguna Hills, CA 92654. This is a pricey neighborhood for those unfamiliar with SoCal. They afford it by ripping off Notaries that they contracted with and never payed! His and her current email on the whois registration is [e-mail address]. She owes me from March 2007. They owe me from Feb. 2007. I just called the toll free # that you posted. The girl that answered the phone told me that, like she has told other callers, I have the wrong company.

I believe it is Melodie herself. She wouldn't give me her name, but I plan on following up with a letter to the Secretary of State and the Dept. of Corporations in California.

Doing a little investigative work, I had due process service to Melodie Spector attempted at :

22821 Tindaya,
Mission Viejo, CA 92692

by LexisNexis, who had determined in their skip trace work that it is the most recent address for residence per courthouse records containing both Melodie Spector and Stacy Gordon.

According to the process server's report :

"Per resident, Stacy Gordon (W, f, 50 - 55) defendant is not known here, said she has a sister Melody Gordon but she "does not live here". b/a"

Make of that what you will, it gives me the next step for my needs, which may or may not be personal. :o]

I believe that the server's report was making "Stacy Gordon" out to be female. True enough, Stacy Gordon, Melodie Spector and Melodie Gordon are names that have long been generally associated with both SignaturesPlus as well as SOX by information easily accessible on the internet.

Send me a personal message if you would like details. I hesitate to post any more about it here, for obvious reasons.
