Streamline Title Services

Has anyone every worked for Streamline Title Services, 3231 Veterans Circle 101, Birmingham, Alabama. They owe me $250.00 for 2 signings and I cannot contact them by phone. I guess it is just another write off but hope someone may have some information. Why is it that the signings that require the most out of us always end up being the hard to collect or deadbeats.
