These folks are getting into the reverse mortgage end of the biz and making some huge offers to notaries to handle the application process and the closing.Want a good laugh?

$ 40.00 for the app, might do 50 if you whine about 40 being too low
$ 100 for the closing...WOW, how did I pass on this great deal?
