Just got a call to do a closing tonight from this SS. Gal's name is Missy. They're in FL. Anyone worked with them before? TIA

I've never worked for them, but any company with an "X" in the name seems to be trouble.

Yeah, I mentioned that any SS with "X" in their name is a red flag. She (Missy) said she's not affiliated with X Marks the Spot/Signatures Plus. Her company is X Marks the Spot Signing Services Inc. She's actually had people hang up on her. I print the docs and to my disbelief my name and fee are on the HUD!!!
