Help! I have someone who needs a copy of their passport certified. I know I can't do that, but can I use a copy certification by document custodian type of notarization on this? Thanks,

Linda, yes you can. It's not a "certification" really, but just the document custodian's statement that it's a true copy of the document in their possession. I've done this as well.
