deed of trust

have signing with all docs except deed of trust in husbands name.Vesting in deed of trust is both husband and wife with sig page only for husband. Wife is not available for signing . Docs also contain interspousal transfer grant deed for wife to sign with instructions to leave with husband.No instructions for two part signing.Any comment on this type of situation?

Sounds like they screwed up and put her name on the DOT vesting by mistake. Assuming you can't get a hold of anybody and have to make the judgment call yourself I'd double check with the husband that she's not supposed to be on title, cross her name out and have him initial it.
