Received a solicitation to sign up with them - they appear to be a SS that facilitates property searches, document recordings and loan closings . Did a search and found a couple posts from May 2007 from notaries saying that they had been contacted to sign up with them, but no posts about payment or fees. Has anyone worked for them?
