eMobilenotary.com
They have been around your years and are in signing central.
I have done hundreds of closings for them, I have never had even one issue with them.

Re: eMobilenotary.com
I used to do closings for them several years ago. But I stopped accepting their assignments as their policy was the notary only gets paid if and when we get paid. I did not know about that policy until I didn't get paid for a signing and I called, Tom was very rude. He told me I must be new or I would know the notary only gets paid if and when they get paid, said it was common practice. I did finally get paid for the signing but it took 9 or 10 months. I had done some signings I did get paid for in a timely manner prior to that one. But I wasn't going to take a chance with them on getting paid for other signings with their policy.

Re: eMobilenotary.com
the last one I did for them the papers were not correct and had to be redrawn. they expected me to go out for free for the resign even though it was NOT anything I would have known was incorrect. the reason from emobile? they did not want to lose a client and it would not take that long as I was familiar with the documents already....
oh, and also they are not paying well now........

Re: eMobilenotary.com
Unfortunately too many people sit back and acquiesce in statements such as that.... Most often because they fear the cost of collection would exceed the fee to be collected.
A client can not unilatterally refuse to pay the signing agent because the client was not paid unless the client has made his receipt of payment a condition of the signing agent's payment. The signing agent must be made aware of that prior to accepting the assignment.
If there is no mention of it on the confirmation, it is tough luck , Charlie, for the client....pay me.
