swiftview help

I have swiftview installed and can open the program. But when I go to the website to download the docs, I enter my user name a password and then I just get a blank screen. It is like IE is not seeing that I have the viewer plug in installed. Any help would be much appreciated.

Try saving the file to your desktop, and right click, open with.....VMP Delivers DT viewer.
that is the program required to open the file.
If you don't have that, go to PAW's for a download:

It seems like swiftview did not get installed correctly. Is there settings in my Internet explorer that would not cause it to load right?

I went to paw's site but not sure which file to load. Any help will be appreciated.

Go into tools and make sure your pop up blocker is off. Also, you may get a bar at the top of your window to click on to give permission to load .....

Download the one with VMP in the name n/m
