I had one too! He worked at a prison and said the inmates signed things in blue so he wouldn't sign in blue. I told him it was not my policy it was lender/title and blue was the only color allowed. Because he was getting $20K out he signed in blue and didn't say another word

Superstitious? Try dealing with Feng Shui!

I have a tenant who is a total devotee of Feng Shui, complete with the little octagonal mirror, the tree in front of the doorway in a huge plant pot. We had a deal over joss sticks one time. I have some smoke free apartments and she insisted that it wasn't smoke. People are fun
