Maryland Signers Question?????

does anyone have any step by step process they go through to meet the state of MD requirements when you do a signing?? It would be very helpful--I have only done one signing--with the help of a fellow Notary who has relocated to another stateand I am out of contact with them.

1st step would be to get licensed. And by licensed I mean a title producer license. Are you licensed?

Re: Maryland Signers Question????? I'm sorry....

if I am reading this wrong but why ask a question like this? Get your title producers license (if you don't have it already) and go work for a title company. No one is going to tell you step by step how to do a signing, especially in an oversaturated business.

I can't believe this question. I sounds like you don't have a title producer license to ask this kind of question.
