New page to notarize in Countrywide packages.
I had 2 Countrywide signings yesterday that had a Jurat section added to the Signature Name certification page.

Yes, this is a new form. It is also used on RM's. No, it is not California compliant, so you must take a moment to attach a California Jurat. This is a no brainer.

Actually, that used to always be notarized with a jurat in CW packages. A good while back they removed that requirement. Guess their lawyers changed their minds. Seems to me that most lenders have whatever is their equivalent of that page be notarized and I always wondered why they stopped that. (Not that I was complaining...)
