Title Resource Group G/B/U search only had

one listing and no information. The person said when they called the number back it was convenient closings.

Hi Debbie, just wanted to let you know that Title Resource Group or known as TRG and Convenient
Closing Services is the old Cendant title company and took on a new name. I have performed two closings for them only recently so I can't tell you how they pay yet.

They are awesome. I would take a signing from them any day of the week. In fact I posted a thread to that affect last week. I tried to add them to signing central, but after adding all the info, I got a message saying they were already in the system...very aggravating. Anyway, they don't haggle over fees and they OVERNIGHT you a check off the HUD. Awesome Company.

I just rired to contact them to register and they tell me that they only use XYZ to find notaries??? They told me that they do not have a notary database...must be luck when you get a call unless you know someone direct?
