Well it's been three weeks and still no payment after Tommy the owner promised me a check. I hope no one ever uses his company again. He cut off his office phone and wont answer his cell phone.

David DeSimone was owner of 1 Touch Closings, Corp and also owns 1 Touch Designs. He is no longer with 1 Touch Closings. Thomas Pagan is now the owner of 1 Touch Closings, Corp.

Call him at 1 Touch Designs and call the mortgage company to let them know he does not pay his notaries. You may also call the Palm Beach police and see if you can file a theft of service charge. I would also call all the numbers that were listed and tell anyone who answers what is going on. It's a shame when you have to pull teeth to get your money due.
