Rude! I can't stand signing companies. They seem to treat notaries like children. This one is a pip!

Got a call about 1:30. Docs not sent till almost 2:30pm. Package came through 11 MB, however turned to 650 MB on my system. Had to print 25 page at a time. Then wondering why I took this signing afterall for such a small fee. Frequent calls from 1st Notary telling me what not to say to the borrower, as if I didn't know how to be professional. Then was accused of missing an afternoon appointment with borrower even though I called borrower and made appointment for 6:00 to 6:30. Great about an afternoon appt, however would have worked out much better if 1st Notary Nationwide told me about this. Then. at 5:15 pm, after accused of missing the unreported afternoon appointment, told me she would call me back, didn't call back until 5:45 and said she would have another notary do the signing. Who needs this nonsense? Business works much better when not dealing with these drama queens. I was relieved.

Hmm, did a search on this company and came up with several queries but no one had any experience with them until your post. Here's something interesting, about a year ago I raised my base fee by $25 and I have much more business from TC's now than SS. I only work for SS if I have nothing else going on and they meet my fee, and even then I keep it very close to home to minimize my exposure. Also, if I find any kind of negative info on NotRot, I will turn it back - too many problems collecting from SS!
