For anyone out there that has been stiffed by Kristy Alvarado or this company, I have a new phone number and address for her.

She owed me money from last year. She called me a couple of days ago asking me to do another closing. I accepted. To make a long story short, after going back and forth with Kristy, the escrow company has now guaranteed that they (the escrow company) will pay me.
