I just checked my invoices to see who is paid up and who has not. To date all my September signings have been paid and 4 out of 5 for August are still unpaid. grrrrrrr

I have one from July that is whining about the lender not paying. I have many from Aug still out. One from Sept paid almost two weeks ago - couldn't believe it.

I had two invoices outstanding for August. I sent out 2 emails this morning to each scheduler. I got replies back in a couple of hours. One company said " Mike has been out of town for 2 weeks I apologize and your check will go out today" The other company replied that they could not find my invoice. I put my invoice in the packet as always with this company and on 9/15 I faxed another invoice. How can they lose both invoices. These are both title companies.

I too am owed by Title Companies, who usually pay within days to about two weeks. But the ones I have outstanding are going on a month, unusual for these two companies.

I am glad I am not alone

I have only recveived payment on 2 out of 13 closings for August.
All but one has paid for Sept...and that should arrive in a few days.
