I havent .. but that is a kentucky phone number for a Indiana location. Not that is matters.

Scottsburg is just north of the KY border, so a KY area code (Louisville) may be appropriate. I have done some investigation and found that the company is a registered LLC in Louisville, not Indiana. The registered agent is Todd Bond, with a main office location address of:

1381 SOUTH THIRD STREET
APARTMENT #6
LOUISVILLE, KY 40208

I don't know where the "Indiana" connection comes into play.
