Ashly Fox/ Traveling Notary services

Beware of this lady folks.I did a closing for her on 07/26/07 and checked her out on NR.Saw some complaints, and read that she had resolved some issues with some other Notaries.I took the assignment, and now, of course she's playing that ignore him and he'll go away game.Doesn't respond to E-mails for updates/status on the past due invoice.I've been more then patient with her.Gave until today to pay me, with no payment received. I will be filing a small claims suit against her to recover as this appears to be the only way left to resolve the problem.A word to the wise.

No, her address is in San Clemente, Calif.Giving me the old " I'll send the check next week" routine, and a fairly new one stating "I've been out of town caring for a sick realitive". She couldn't send the check before she left I guess.

She sounded so sincere on the phone.I'll get that out to you...then nothing....I don't know about you folks, but when people ignore my reasonable request for payment, then lie to me...well that pretty is it.

Did you ask Ashly if the loan closed? She may not have been paid herself, also call the title company. Start asking ???'s. After 30 days I am on the phone to anyone associated with the loan package, like you I just want to get paid. I don't care about all the excuses. But I do always ask if there is a problem with the closing like any errors. So far (knock on wood) I have never been stiffed on a payment, thats 6 years of signing loan packages.

No newbie here,,,Yes, the loan closed.Title's no help, why should they be? I don't give a crap if she got paid or not, not my problem. I did my job right..First the excuses, then she ignores me...that's the problem nowdays...yesterday you could trust them, today you can't. My post wasn't to whine, but to warn. Done! Proceed at your own risk.

Have you called the TC?

I am sure she'll be calling when her paymasters start complaining about the daily call you are making to ask where your $ is.
