B of A printing problems with BAinstall

BAinstall appears to installed correctly, but my printer (Brother) is not recognizing page sizes so is printing all pages on letter size. Anyone know a fix for this?

I am not familiar with BAinstall , but most of the other programs have options to either print directly to printer or use windows to print. You would want to use the windows box.

Also, Brother has a PCL driver you can install for direct printing. You should have had that option on your install disk, or you can go to the website and download the driver specific for your printer.

But first, try rebooting your computer after installing the print utility from B of A.

some are pcl6 compliant only for DOS printing. In other words, elynx or other "direct print" type programs will work properly, but windows-based programs will not. I suggest switching the legal tray to be the top tray & letter as the lower tray, so all will print on legal as a short-term fix to get docs printed. When you have more time, you can play with drivers & settings.

Never had any kind of issue with my Brothers. I have always been able to walk someone through a printing problem ....
