Banks are lending.. My own loan

I had an ARM and it kicked last month.. 600 increase on my payment..YIKES CW said no to me because I was @ 90% with the new loan. I had given up with the new guidelines set. As a last resort I called a broker I know and in 1 week I am set to close on a fixed rate loan again..

Wooo Hoooo

BTW - I had 5 closings this week... after 12 days of nothing. I can pay the phone bill..lol

That's great you found a company to help you out. Yes things are slow right now for us signing agents. I was doing 30 a month. I've only done 6 so far this month! Hopefully it will pick up next week and the week after.

I'm busy too. Did a signing yesterday (only one all week) and cleaned the lawnmower. I worked up a sweat !!
