Becareful what you post, Diane Cipa may quote you
in her blog. She usually prefaces with an attack on why NSA's should be permitted to exist. Except of Hugh Nations, she seems to like him.

Her newest one, Radical Talk... it is linked
to from Source of Title. I was reading an article on SOT, and clicked on her response but ended up on her blog instead. She's got several links to discussions on this forum.
This woman really rubs me the wrong way. There are times where if I didn't know better, I'd swear she was playing an attorney on the internet and she doesn't have a law degree to go with that legal advice.

When I did a Google search to find Ms Cipa's blog I found this interesting article about her firm.

Re: any follow-up to that since 2003?
I didn't find anything else on it. I thought it was interesting that apparently her firm is not perfect either. She lurks on these forums looking for any reason to blast notaries. Becca's recent post about fraud made her blog recently.

Does anyone really set any credence in what Ms Cipa has to say? Reading the article about her own company says she needs to take care of her own housecleaning.
And yes, Ms Cipa - you can quote me!

Hmmm, apparently Diane Cipa, closing agent, should not be closing loans either. Maybe FATCO has this India thing right?

Yep, she's quoted me before. Must be bored.

She must have a lot of time on her hands
not to mentioned a bit depressed if her mission is to attack notaries.

There's no concern here. . .
. . .she posts so much, some of it ranting and disjointed (e.g., imploring Congress or the government to step in and help its citizens in this time of crisis, yeah, that worked so well with Katrina), that no one has time to comment on a topic or attempt a discussion before she's on to the next fifteen topics. She ran me ragged last time radicaltitletalk was attacking notary signing agents, not no more.

Actually, Marlene, I saw that she actually gave you credit
for an article by PAN that she liked. Must have been one of her "good days".

I'll put her at ease right now.
Yes, the title company & broker have been turned in and the lender has been alerted. I'm sure that the borrowers have been contacted by people that investigate this kind of fraud. I don't investigate fraud and did not want to do anything that might hurt or hinder the investigation. (I want this fraud shop shut down in a BIG way) After all, the fraud had NOT been committed yet. Conspiracy to commit fraud is what I saw/heard and it has been reported.
I am not a cop, I don't play one on TV and I don't watch CSI. I prefer to let the investigators do the investigating.

Becca, are you serious?
You don't watch CSI, not even the Miami version? Sorry, I tired, bored and beaten down right now.

Re: Becca, are you serious?
Amy, I don't watch it either. I have seen them as my husband likes them, and if I was forced to watch one it would be te Miami version. Notwithstanding, the show did pay for a 4 day/3 night stay in Vegas at the Venetian plus gift cetificates and tickets to the "O" at Bellagio.
